Allison Ramnarine
Production and booking coordinator of wndrlnd.prdctn's
Allison is also a lighting designer, operator, scenic artist, and occasionally a stylist from NYC. They are of Guyanese descent and have been dabbling in all forms of media from a young age. In their last semesters at NYCCT, the pandemic made it hard for those laboring in the entertainment industry, especially those freshly out of college. Allison created w.p as a DIY pet project to help her, her friends, and the community find the joys of life and music during a period of isolation. Starting with an outdoor concert that she and her team organized and ran. After a successful first showcase, Allison began coordinating with local venues in Brooklyn and Queens and another local artist to host more showcases—each one with a theme and a lineup of wicked bands. Allison follows the "punk" ethos of doing things yourself and unconventionally, finding inspiration from the original punk rock movement and the art that bloomed from that era, from fashion to art, mainly music.
Alisha Farrouq
Alisha is the Co- Founder of wndrlnd.prdctn's alongside Allison. She has been a part of the wndrlnd's Family since it was a mere thought in the universe. Alisha is well-versed in any job for the Production company. She handles the production part of shows, being an occasional stagehand as well, and as a surprise, she will be a pop-up bartender if need be. There’s much more behind-the-scenes development for pre and post-production that Alisha handles for wndrlnd. prdctn's. Even with all this going on during show time, Alisha handles the professional aspects of the company. She is our Client Relationship Manager and Social Media Marketing Manager. She likes to consider herself somewhat of a jack of trades, from dabbling in the fields of pre-med, hospitality, government, and her main field, entertainment. From majoring in Entertainment Technology from NYCCT. She has gained experience in the entertainment industry's pre-, post, and production fields. Alisha also has her own side business called OneWay Productions. Where she focuses on video editing, videography, photography, graphic design, and acting.
